Troubleshooting

Common Issues

  1. Search Returns Too Many Results

    • Solution: Add more specific filters to narrow down results
    • Solution: Use exact phrases in quotation marks for more precise matching
    • Solution: Limit the date range to a smaller period
  2. Search Returns No Results

    • Solution: Check for typos in search terms
    • Solution: Remove some filters that might be too restrictive
    • Solution: Verify you have access permissions for the data you're searching
    • Solution: Try alternative search terms or partial matching
  3. Export Fails or Takes Too Long

    • Solution: Reduce the number of results before exporting
    • Solution: Select a lighter export format (CSV instead of PDF)
    • Solution: Export in smaller batches by using date ranges
  4. Missing Transaction Details

    • Solution: Check if you have all necessary permissions
    • Solution: Verify the transaction ID is correct
    • Solution: Contact the platform administrator if data appears incomplete
  5. Saved Searches Not Working

    • Solution: Verify the search parameters are still valid
    • Solution: Check if any referenced deals or tokens still exist
    • Solution: Try recreating the saved search with current parameters
