Best Practices for Metric Monitoring
Regular Monitoring Schedule
Establish a consistent schedule for dashboard checks:
- Daily: Check for pending KYC verifications and token deployment alerts
- Weekly: Review user growth and investment trends
- Monthly: Analyze overall platform performance metrics
Responding to Metric Changes
Metric Change | Possible Cause | Recommended Response |
---|---|---|
Sudden increase in users | Marketing campaign success or potential spam accounts | Verify new user authenticity and monitor KYC completion rates |
Drop in active deals | Seasonal fluctuation or platform issue | Check for expired deals and encourage new deal creation |
Spike in pending KYC | Verification system issue or influx of new users | Allocate resources to clear verification backlog |
Low trading volume | Lack of secondary market interest or UI issues | Consider incentives for P2P trading or review UX |
